E3 2017 - Games I'm looking forward to (Part 2)

The Electronic Entertainment Expo is an annual videogame convention, where those in the industry can share what they've been working on.

This is the second set of games I was excited to see as an Xbox fan.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is a fighting game set in the Dragon Ball universe, developed by Arc System Works. ASW uses 3D character models viewed mainly viewed from a 2D perspective, but shifts the camera angel based on the action.

What really wows me about this game is that they done an amazing recreating the look of the anime, in Ultra HD no less, with all of the speed and power movies you would expect.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed first-person shooter, Wolfenstein: The New Order developed by the award-winning studio MachineGames.

There were so many aspects that I loved about the Wolfenstein: The New Order, from it's steady framerate, it's great graphics, great story, and brutal gameplay. With the New Colossus it looks like everything has been improved upon. They've taken a ten, and turned it up to eleven.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War, developed by Monolith Productions, features an original story with the return of Talion and Celebrimbor, who must go behind enemy lines to forge an army and turn all of Mordor against the Dark Lord, Sauron.

Like the first game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Shadow of war uses the nemesis system, where enemies remember their fights with you, if they live, and become stronger. In this game though the nemesis system has been expanded upon so that you can now control your own troops who will remember what you've done for them, or if you've left them to die. With your forces , you plan castle sieges and which of your commanders will govern if you win.

I really ended up enjoying the first game, although it became a little repetitive. This sequel seems to be addressing those complaints, but early impressions of the game at this year's E3 have stated that there are AI and clipping issues. I hope they're able to take care of those before launch.

That's all I have for this post. I have a few more games I'd like to share so please check back soon.
